ORDER

Once your order has been validated, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel it. We therefore advise you to check that the items ordered are the correct size and the desired color. If, however, you have made an error, we invite you to contact after-sales service directly by filling out the contact form available in the CONTACT tab or by sending an SMS via WhatsApp to +337 67 69 94 04.

DELIVERY

Our team does its utmost to prepare and ship your orders in less than 24 hours from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday are processed the first following business day.

Delivery in France is made via Mondial Relay directly to relay points and lockers. Packages are delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Shipping costs are €3.90. For orders to mainland France, delivery is free from 200€ purchase.

From the moment of delivery to the carrier, Opaliya is in no way responsible for the loss or theft of packages. In this case, we invite you to contact after-sales service by filling out the contact form available in the CONTACT tab. We also encourage you to contact the carrier directly in order to make a complaint and open an investigation.

If your package has been returned to our warehouse without action on your part, you will automatically be refunded within 14 days. If you wish, we invite you to place an order again. Shipping costs will be your responsibility for any order under €200.

PAYMENT

At the moment, payment in installments is not available.

You can pay for your order online by: - Bank card: CB, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard - PayPal - Apple Pay

FEEDBACK

In accordance with article L.121-21, the consumer has a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return their products. We allow a return period of 14 days from the day of receipt of the order (postmark as proof).

To make a return request, we invite you to contact after-sales service by filling out the contact form available in the CONTACT tab of the site. Indicate the item you wish to return, as well as the reason for the return. After validation by the Opaliya team, you can finally return the package by Tracked Letter or Colissimo. Please note that return costs are your responsibility and that no returns will be accepted if the item has been worn, shows signs of use or if it no longer has its labels/packaging.

Upon receipt of the package, our team undertakes to make the refund within 14 days. (Subject to good receipt of the package)

In the event of receipt of a damaged product (stain, manufacturing defect, other), the customer is required to inform Opaliya within 5 days of receipt of this package. After this period, reporting of the damage cannot be admissible and the company is exempt from the obligation to take commercial action. We invite you to contact after-sales service by filling out the contact form available in the CONTACT tab of the website www.opaliya.com. Indicate your order number, the defective item and a photo of the defect. In this case, we will offer to send you a new part if it is still in stock. Otherwise, a refund or credit will be offered.

We do not offer item exchange on our site. If you want a new size or a new model, we invite you to make a return and place a new order. To make a return, follow the instructions detailed in the article above.
